Only with the "From EID" (Entitlement ID) Method...

When needing to re-image or reformat your RM Server's hard-drive, the "Recover Application Licenses" feature allows you to recover all radio Application Licences to the RM Server:

1. Verify that you have an Internet connection.

2. "Enter your Entitlement ID" in the entry field.

3. Select the "Recover Application Licenses" button.

4. Verify in the Application Licences "Available" to transfer to server field that the proper amount of licenses have been retrieved from Motorola Solutions.

When needing to re-image or reformat your RM Server's hard-drive, the "Recover Radio Licenses" feature allows you to recover all Radio Licences to the RM Server:

ADDITIONALLY:

When a Radio License has been Registered (see Register Radio Licenses), and then the radio is inadvertently deleted from the RM Server prior to these FLASHcode changes being Written to the radio, this Recover is needed in order to activate Radio Licenses.

1. Once the radio is brought back into Radio Management this "Recover" can be run.

2. Once this Recover process is complete, you must also run the Manage Radio Licenses "Restore" to order to change the Radio Licences from a Status of "Registered" to "Ready for Activation".
